"The room was clean and comfortable. It was a non smoking room, but had a chair and ashtray outside the door. it seemed everyone smokes outside their room? Including a little wacky tobacky. The continental breakfast was a real let down. No fruit, no juice of any kind, just coffee and tea and water. No muffins, yogurt, granola bars and my biggest peave, hard boiled eggs! We just spent 8 days in Kelowna and I guess we were spolied because they had everything. The lady at check in said just leave your room keys in your room and leave. Then we got an email asking us to check out online. After we have been driving and had no service. So we filled it out once we arrived in Grande Cache and had service."

"This was a budget friendly motel that can’t compete with Hilton or Sheridan. It is a dated property with piece meal repairs and remodeling. But the room was comfortable, with a large refrigerator and hot shower. There were outdoor 110 electric outlets at many parking stalls but some were broken. The breakfast was more than adequate with omelets, ham, and baked beans, cereal and yogurt. Staff were friendly and responsive. This site is not for everyone but I would return."

"The tap water was foul, you couldn't wash your face, shower, or drink it. For how much they charge the least they could do is provide water bottles in the room. The staff couldn't advise on hikes, nor did they have useful pamphlets regarding nearby tourism. The kitchen and common area were cluttered and dirty. The renos were done by someone with less experience than they should have for that type of property. Overall not impressed and won't be staying again."
