"Several lights didn’t work in room. The water pressure was very low. It was okay for 2 people. Too small for a family (2 queen) We didn’t have breakfast there. But It was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful (fixed one light) and lobby was large and pleasant."

"The best part about this hotel is the location. For what it is, it was very overpriced as the rooms are hip and cute but very basic. The location cannot be beat, however, so for that I will give the highest rating. The main lounge area is quite cute, but the room was sparse, with no real amenities. The doors stuck and were hard to open and close; the patio existed but looked out on garbage cans. Again, it was an old motel that someone hipster-fied cheaply. It has massive potential to be really cool, but they have not hit that mark yet. Would I stay there again? Sure...but not for $348/night."

"The first day there were multiple items available for breakfast but as the days progressed there was a marked decrease in available breakfast items. Additionally the tub retained a LOT of water while the shower was running. It could not be fixed by us but we did not call the front desk either. Some pillows were not very supportive also."

"Great one night stop over. Comfortable, quiet. Woke up, nice shower and downstairs for complimentary scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, home fries ,juice and coffee. Very good."

"Perfect location. Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. This is my second time staying here and I will stay here again the next time I visit Saratoga Springs. Having Panza's next door is an added bonus."

"I was taking my son to Skidmore for move-in. We needed a comfortable and quiet hotel with breakfast. This hotel was perfect. Breakfast was easy and tasty. There is a place to charge EVs overnight in the parking lot. I didn’t use it and later regretted that decision. We needed a late checkout, so we could leave luggage in the hotel, making room in the car to buy a mini fridge locally and transport it. We were late getting back but the staff was gracious and it wasn’t a problem."

"The room was clean as is the property, but it's in need of some TLC in spots, at least in the room I had stayed in....mostly in the bathroom. Other than that, the staff, property, and amenities are wonderful here and it is one of my favorite places to stay at when visiting Saratoga."
