We were there for Labor Day weekend. Everything we needed, they had it. Complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks and buffett style breakfast. Free parking. EV charging station… It was a great stay… Every time I come to Saratoga Springs I use this hotel.

Perfect location, nice room, lots of parking and great staff. I only docked them one star (wish it could have been a half star) because they have one of those annoying AC units that turns on and off all night and is not ideal for light sleepers who wake up to everything!

Frankly the hotel is a little dated. But the rooms were very comfortable and meticulously clean. And the location is hard to beat. Also ample parking. The two young ladies working the Front Desk on both evenings we stayed there were exceptionally helpful. We followed their dining recommendations and they were spot on. Also extremely helpful when making transportation arrangements around town. Courteous and knowledgeable. an excellent experience and would stay there again.

A shuttle to various locations throughout town, including to the racetrack, conveniently picks up guests in the parking lot. The bar could use a little more "atmosphere", perhaps more subtle lighting. The rooms were big, extremely clean and nicely appointed with plenty of seating and storage. There was a beautiful fireplace we sat in front of in the lobby one evening, and there's plenty of benches and tables outside the hotel to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. I only wish that there weren't the four steps leading from the front desk to the parking lot. It makes it difficult to carry a suitcase, etc.

The room was clean & the staff was great. However, cracked tiles, rusted drains and inadequate gym facilitates left a lot to be desired. The restaurant staff was great, but the food was terrible. The Bistro needs a cook that can make eggs etc. Certainly does not meet Hilton Standards Especially at ~$1,000 per night. In dddition we ended up with a Handicapped Room, which had low sinks etc:(

The hotel was in immaculate condition and very attractive design. It would not be possible to say anything negative. We especially enjoyed our breakfast on the morning we left. We asked for some modification from the printed menu, and the chef came out to our table to make sure that we were satisfied. I was a bit surprised that there seemed to be so few guests in the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and every way, except for the restaurant. We only had breakfast, so that’s my only experience. It was only one waiter for all of the tables in the morning. Long wait to be served, many mistakes made, and overall not a great experience. The food was OK though. I would recommend to have an extra waiter so that things may run more efficiently.
