"Everything is very average about this place"

"I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

"Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again."

"Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... "The hotel was very good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend!!"

"For English speaking traveler, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very nice and close to Fontana Novantanove Cannelle. Downside was only construction on Main Street, to access the city center most direct walking route requires walking up a few hills, and a few noisy dogs in the area. Well priced, good breakfast, incredible staff, and nice accomations."

"Everything was wonderful. I loved the location and the property. Francesco was great!"

"Ci hanno dato un appartamento intero dotato di tutto ciò che poteva far comodo. Siamo stati veramente bene."

"Camera pulita, moderna e molto comoda completa di frigo. Molto utile la macchinetta all'interno. Sicuramente la prenderemo nuovamente in considerazione."

"Camera estremamente grande e spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Rifiniture deliziose. Personale molto accorto. "

"If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️"

"the hotel was good for a night stay but the room needs some maintenance, specially the bathroom the shower is very small I barely fit thru the glass and needs a overall touch, but the staff was helpful and a quiet room"
