"We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. Shower in room leaked EVERYWHERE. Hair dryer was making weird noises when tried to use it. Will not be staying in this hotel again."

"We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool) The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY. The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop. Terrible experience."

"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. "Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

"Basic, practical hotel next to the airport. I wouldn’t stay there longer. I arrived and bus and it’s a bit of walk to the hotel. Not very practical when carrying luggage. It’s ok for an overnight stay, but otherwise very sterile, functional and dorm like. Airport shuttle available for about €6-7. Can’t recall the exact price. Shuttle arrived on time and was easy to use."

"We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG."
