"Really nice stay, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Stayed in superior room and it was really spacious, with premium furniture, great bathroom, terrace etc. Breakfast was especially good but we had dinner there one night and that was also excellent. On nights they do not offer dinner, you can use their shuttle to go to Soller or Port de Soller. They have a tram stop by the hotel so it’s also easy to get the tram back (say it’s Can N’a stop and charge will be 5 euros rather than usual 10 for complete journey). The atmosphere is similar to a retreat, beautiful countryside, not many people around, excellent, friendly staff. Also lovely pool, luxury sun beds, bar etc. Totally recommend. "

"I really cannot recommend any hotel who lies about soundproofing. Simply put, there is none. The view is beautiful, but I prioritize sleep and could not leave fast enough in the morning after being painfully woken up to sounds that were so clear, they could have been happening in our room. I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms; toilets flushing, doors opening and closing, drawers closing, conversations, people in the hallway, people above us. It’s a joke. Do not advertise soundproofing when it could not be further from the truth . I would not stay again and regret our choice for what was advertised as an upscale adults retreat , but in reality we paid high prices to not be able to sleep ."

"Beautiful property right on the water of Port Soller with an excellent location for walking to other shops/restaurants and trolly to the town of Soller. The ocean view room is worth the premium."

"The view is the top feature of this hotel. Staff were great and it’s very tidy. Pool is good and pool area is good. The beach is by the front steps which is amazing. The only bit not excellent is breakfast. It’s just a bit flat for a 4 star hotel. Example is the orange juice is like watered down cordial when nearly every hotel in spain has fresh squeezed. Everything is diy so food is cold by time you have your food and drinks and toast. It’s ok, but when everything else is great, this could definitely be improved."

"Truly gorgeous hotel. Set in the beautiful mountain village. Mountain views from the pool. The breakfast buffet that was included was amazing too, loads of options for fruits, nuts, yogurts, pastries, meats cheeses etc. just what you need to set you up for the day. The room and whole place was very nicely furnished. Will 100% stay again!"

"Breakfast arrangements were frustrating, no tables set on the terrace for guests of 4. Thanks to Sandra for ‘breaking the rules’ to accommodate during our 4 night stay. Bar had limited scope of beverages; no Lemoncello (although available in mini bar!!), no Port. Overall a good hotel and amazing views. Will stay again, although most hotels are excellent in Port de Soller."
