"Customer service is the worst"

"This resort is on a beautiful beach. The shuttle service from the airport was chaotic. Check in was ok. The attendant checking us in was checking in another couple at the same time. Thorough explanation about the resort. Frank was very friendly and carried our bags to an upper level villa. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. We had a balcony with a beautiful view. Ceiling fan on balcony would have been perfect. Food was good with variety. Temperature of...
