"Excellent Route Inn. Really busy at breakfast at 6:30, due to a big group all dining first thing. Delayed our start by 30min. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff were amazing. "

"The staff was very helpful. Walked me through doing laundry. Evening ramen was good. Discovered a supermarket nearby with excellent, microwaveable meals. I’ve stayed here several times. I have a friend in Omiya and even though it’s a 15 minute train ride to get there, I think it’s worth it to stay here."

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
