"Snow all around the property. Black ice No salt Sofas in lobby were dirty. No water in the lobby Business Center out of service Room light not working. Very very limited vegetarian options in breakfast. "

"Because of a bad hip, I was hoping to valet a room on the main floor. I was told there were no rooms on the ground floor, yet there wasn’t that many cars in the car park. The room was amazing, clean, awesome pillows and very well appointed bathroom. Other than the room issue, it’s an amazing hotel with very friendly staff."

"A plumbing problem limit the hot water for 50% of the customers. This was known by the hotel but they never advised us at the registration. We were part of the 50% customers who took a cold shower for the same price and no compensation except they offer us to book at another hotel. Easter weekend in a city with limited offer, we were trap."
