"The Nest was a great spot for all meals in The Family selection side. Nazly was excellent in helping me with dietary needs, as well as all staff there. It was family friendly as we had many small children with us and were very well taken care of. All staff from housekeeping to our butler were excellent. Our butler Josue went above and beyond picking up items for me in town. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We had a great vacation. "

"The pool was amazing-warm and large. the room was beautiful and clean with a lovely kitchen and beautiful view off the balcony. The in room safe was poorly attached and could be lifted off the wall. The walkable dining options are limited. Food at on site restaurant was average but the service is good. Some construction nearby so hopefully more restaurants will be accessible in the future. There is a strong nauseating sewer gas that comes out of the shower drain (seems ok when actually in the shower as the waters pushed down the fumes) the rubber drain cover provided does help. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Front desk staff were helpful. "

"Should have real limes not the slimy sugar syrup. Stock and offer more premium tequila. To much fighting over chairs. People saving them and leaving for hours. "

"Excellent stay! We stayed in a kitchen suite and had a beautiful from the balcony! 3 pools and short walk to the beach. About a 15 minute walk into Bucerias for restaurants and night-life. We had a great time, thank you :)"

"A/c great , pool great, room good, except for the noise level ….and I misjudged the start of Easter celebrations. The hotel next door had no noise limits or pool capacity levels, and despite the high wall between the properties, the entire party people (yelling,screaming) may as well have been in my room! I had little sleep for the last 3 nights of my stay. Otherwise I would give a higher overall rating for the hotel. "
