"My stay had mixed feelings. I didn’t know it was air bnb stay and the hotel staff were handicap in being able to make decisions about early check in. When I got to my room there was a huge trash can full of dirty water in front of my door. The water reeked of mildew. I asked the hotel staff to take care of it and they never did."

"Expedia does not explain that this hotel is not a hotel, but it is actually a vacation property which if I had known I wont have booked it. Parking space too narrow. Very hard to find parking. The next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and issue me a refund for the other nights, I was told that I would get a refund for $1321.16. I am still waiting for the refund. I called Expedia several times and every time as told that I would the refund. the property is okay if you like rental properties, I do not. My husband went there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted a nice hotel on the beach, definitely not a rental property."

"Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. We stood around for 20 minutes in the blazing sun, no one came. I went inside, spoke to the front desk, they said they will send someone. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back inside and spoke to the manager. He said someone will be at the pool shortly. 10 minutes later no one came. I went back inside a third time, the manager now said they are working on getting more towels. I asked if we go to the beach would they have lounge chairs and towels? He said absolutely. We went to the beach, no towels, but at least we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrella. We had to wait another 30 minutes for towels and fight with other people to get them as they only brought out 4!!! Pretty crazy, definitely not 5* standards. Once they get the right management, staff and training this can be a really nice resort."

"Don’t go unless you like to pay for visitors Don’t gone unless you want 24/7,ambulance Fire sirens right outside interstate like road Don’t go if you want to park a car as community is full of vehicles Don’t go unless you can maneuver in tiny kitchen Don’t go if you have ANY handicap as there are no amenities for you And don’t go if you need toilets more than 12 inches above floor One value was young staff member and his boss who made every effort to help you overcome property’s shortcomings My visit was horrible It was like solitary as being hendicapped and unable to negotiate step up step down whether i was outside room, in shower Felt discriminated as handicapped I left a night early as I could not possibly have a vacation I desperately needed"

"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like that... parking was always available and I could always see my vehicle."
