"Well, this was quite the disappointment if there ever was one. First of all, let me say the pictures online are not the same as where you will actually stay. Probably because those pictures would not have prompted you to drop 500 bucks on a single night to stay in what was essentially a hostel. This place was dirty, small, incredibly dated and just a complete sh*thole tbh. The full kitchen, actually consisted of a mini fridge that did not work, and some old cookware that you could not wash...

"The heater only blows cold air. The shower does not get hot. There were only thin bed covers. The room smelled like weed. The dryer doesn’t dry, only tumbles. "

"There was a mix up on their end and we ended up getting moved to a different location. It was a place to stay, very dated. Broken refrigerator handle, heating system did not work. And cold water in shower also didn’t work. More like a college apartment and should not be called luxury. We were glad they at least had a place for us to stay but wouldn’t stay again. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned when we got there, pool was filthy, advertised as heated and nothing but dirty and cold. Broken and dirty chairs .Crock roaches all over, there was grease from I don’t know when in the oven. Poorly maintained , everything stunk, pee like smell. Unresponsive management office and Expedia was even worse. Do not recommend this property at all or the service I received. "
