Overall: The room was spacious with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff was very kind except one in the cafeteria that was a little bit rude .I reserved for 3 days , and the first day no one appears to do my room, no room services , out of that the experiences was fantastic !!!!!

We had the ocean front vila amazing and beautiful especially the views Perfect! In my opinion I think that beach Amenities and parking should be free.. Overall the property is very nice and right on the beach. Big plus

Great Place. Jennifer Lane has all covered to us prior to arrive. Loved the pool and the sea. Jason Cuerdo and Irina from Sales were also great. Will be back next summer.

Room was amazing , view was great , i love having a kitchen so i can cook breakfast or dinner ect. And not have to go out all the time. Only thing that sucks is they have 1 elec charger for an EV and more thab 1/2 their outlets in the car garage were locked so i had to ask a staff member to unlock one so i could charge my car.

We stayed in the villa. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a full kitchen. I loved the in-unit washer and dryer. Everything about our room was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. We had an amazing view of the ocean! The pool was perfect for the kids! The private access to the beach was convenient. I would love to come back!

The newly renovated villas are very nice and comfortable. The pool area was clean and fun for the kids although it is very shady in the afternoon. The restaurant staff are very average. Nice enough but not skilled at engaging with customers who expect a high level of service.

The property was well located on the beach. There was only one restaurant on property, with average food. The furniture in the room, including the beds, couch and chairs, was the most uncomfortable we have ever encountered. So much so that we dreaded being in the room during bad weather, which unfortunately we experienced a fair amount of.

What a beautiful place Our room on the 20th floor was a suite for 5 people It was like s full house perfectly decorated, very quiet with very good beds, pillows Etc etc Everyone from my family noted this suite 10/10 Singer Island is wild and beautiful. We enjoyed the beautiful beach with millions of shells. We also got a boat in the intercostal and we were lucky to be surrounded by seven manatees who were swimming with us for 30 minutes as soon as stopped the boat Our kids were so happy

Wish beach chairs were available by 7 or at least 8 but think separate company? Great views. Bring your own robes

The property is nice, sunset tower certainly needs some renovations. Don’t be fooled by “ocean view” label. Depending on the floor you will need to stand on your tip toes to even get a glimpse of the ocean over a solid wall that separates adjoining room balconies. Food options on site are limited, but the bar and grill they have is very good. If you are not already an “owner” (time share), and don’t commit to the 90 minute shpeel, don’t expect to be put in the better rooms, very disappointing given the premium rates they charge. Overall nice, wonderful pool and beach access, but we likely won’t stay there again.
