"Requested for a walk in shower and thought it was a handicap accessible room and they provided it best place to stay"

"The hotel was very nice and comfortable, the room was clean and nice. My only issue was the shower was a little difficult because the tub faucet was hard to pull up to transfer the water to the shower head, and the shower knob you had to have it at the right position for it to fully turn off or itll continue to run until you found that sweet spot. But over all I would stay here again."

"The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were great. However things took a bit of a turn as we got to the corridor that our room was on. It was hot in the hallway and when we entered the room it was like a sauna. The thermostat could only be turned down to 20C so we cooked the rest of the night. The room itself was nice. Very clean and comfortable. However we didn’t get a great sleep due to the party that someone decided to have that went until around 2:30am. I mentioned all of this at checkout but the staff didn’t seem overly concerned. All I got for a response was that it was the weekend. Well I was travelling and getting on a early flight, and at $270 a night I’d like a little quite!"
