"Großes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, wirkt relativ neu (renoviert?). Gute Dusche, angenehme Handtücher, gute Pflegeprodukte. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, alles lecker, gute Qualität! Parken im Kellergeschoss mit Aufzug, Preis war 35 NZ Dollar war fair. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!"

"Very clean, staff were friendly and check in was easy."

"The location was great and the apartment was spacious which was exactly what we wanted. Balcony was barely a Balcony, just a lip outside some doors. My husband was injured after the very flimsy dining chair snapped while sitting on it, falling flat on his back and has a bad scrape from the sharp plastic. "very tidy and great service"

"good"

"Very spacious room with 3 beds. Room was not attached to another room, makes it very private. Very friendly staff. Good parking"

"The room was nice and clean and tidy. Had everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay again. Just one thing The heat pump needs a clean."

"Tea towel, although clean was badly stained and should be replaced"

"Good value for money, especially considering the location. It's a heritage building and hasn't been refurbed in a long time, but the beds and bathrooms are kept clean and it is considerably lower cost to alternative hotels in the CBD."

"Great location, not use to road noise and the cleaner took the good clean un used towel and left with the used one from day before."

"Quirky hotel with comfy beds and rooms, quiet and peaceful"
