We booked all of our private tours with the concierge who was very knowledgeable. We had a small issue with our room and the hotel manager even came and escorted us to a new room to make sure it was to our liking. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Lisbon."

It was 90 degrees in Lisbon during our stay and the air conditioning was not working well the first two nights but was fixed by the third night. Other than that everything was excellent. "We had a wonderful stay at the Monte Belvedere. Decent room, but the highlight had to be the rooftop breakfast room and terrace. Photos don't quite do it justice as they just don't capture the scale of the views! There was a good range of options available at the buffet breakfast, which was great to set you up for a day exploring. The hotel is well located, with tram stops being not too far away if you don't fancy longer walks. Staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I highly recommend...
