We was a couple traveling for the first time to Lisbon, and randomly chose this hotel. Absolutly perfect match, and will recommend this place! Friendly staff, cosy backyard where you can eat your breakfast, that also was realy great! Homemade pasteries, eggs from an own farm, fresh juice. Rooms and bathroom was clean.

We stayed at Casa do Patio for 3 nights. It was a wonderful stay. It is close enough to the city to walk, but far enough away that we were not bothered by the street noise. This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Lisboa. The patio is so quiet yet short walking distance from most areas. Even during a weekend where there were major concerts, I didn’t hear any noise staying here. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Homemade pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee all day. The room itself was so quiet and I slept some nights with the windows open, just letting the breeze come in. I was able to do my laundry in the apartment and hang it outside in the patio with others. Almost all of Lisboa is hills, so you should know that before traveling. The staff made my commute easy by ordering taxis right to the front steps of the hotel and showing me a spot where Ubers can pick me up a mere 2-3 minutes walking. I would absolutely stay here again.

When the taxi drops u in the middle of the night 2 blocks away not a funny start.. the apartment rooms are clean and nice, beautiful view. Unfortunately no stairs if u plan to carry big luggage. But helpful stuff. Great location. Great breakfast. From farm to table.

I loved my stay at Casa do Patio. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a huge variety of items including made to order eggs. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I loved the surrounding neighborhood--easy walking distance to all of the interesting tourist haunts but tucked into a little residential neighborhood. The apartment I was in was great and included a kitchenette and washer. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Lisbon.

Can't reach this place by car, so you must drag your luggage up a steep hill. I was given a room on the 5th floor although they say they only have two floors. No help getting my luggage up there. Or down. The property has no facilities and the pavement, paint and walls are neglected. Food was all right and the staff were friendly, but I don't know how on Earth this place got a 4-star rating.

A unique and quiet setting, it was a wonderful retreat after a busy day in the city. The walk up to the hotel is quite steep and most Ubers can’t go up there (taxis can), so just something to keep in mind. The breakfast was awesome and the bed was super comfortable!

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Charming place with friendly staff. Lovely buffet style breakfast every day, including food they’ve grown themselves. Local area is quite hilly. Also, a private area so regular cars and some taxis can’t take you right to the hotel. Lots or nice restaurants and bars in the local area, just be prepared for the walk back at night. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was charming and the breakfast spectacular. Only regret the 5 flight of stairs to go up every day at the end of walking through Lisbon (which is a challenge in itself). Have to give thanks to the employees who helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure! Encantadores todos.
