i had an excellent stay for 7 nights at this little hotel. Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast, great location. Im a gym rat it had a great gym to workout. Im a little fortunate i know the area well from previous stays and i was born in this city. You can’t go wrong staying at this lovely modern 3* hotel

A fantastic stay! Room was great and clean, and the staff were excellent. Nothing was a problem and they took an interest in getting to know you. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area. Would definitely stay there again if returning to Lisbon.

Excellent hotel. Staff were helpful, room small but very clean and well maintained. Only criticism was the air conditioning as we were unable to drop the temperature in the room below 23 degrees.

The staff here at the Inspira Santos are some of the best we have ever encountered on any of our travels. We were a group of three couples and all of us felt that Alice, Sarah, Maryanne and Rui went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They assisted us with many things including ticket purchases, directions, recommendations, and even helped us with an impromptu picnic. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable and the location was wonderful. It is our first time in Portugal, and this was a great place to start off on our trip.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful, accommodating and informative about the area. The restaurant and bar also had great service with helpful staff. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here if they get the opportunity to!
