Great hotel for families with a super host

We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). We ate 3 times (all evenings) in a restaurant recommended by him (celiac friendly) with hotel guests’ discount. In addition, the hotel has great facilities for kids (trampoline, small playground and a pool), offers the equipment for tennis for free and also bicycles for all of us. About the pool - note that it is 1.5m depth. We were even offered to use the laundary and drying machines near the lobby for free. The hotel is close to Tenno and Ledro lakes and of course to Garda lake. We highly recommend staying in this hotel - we will come back in the future.

gepflegte Residenz am Rande von Riva

Wir wurden sehr freundlich im perfektem Deutsch empfangen. Die Residence Segattini befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Rand von Riva. Wir fanden ein sehr geräumiges Studio vor, das war Schlafzimmerbett mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Vom sehr großen Balkon bzw. Terrasse hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge vom Gardasee. Angenehmer Standort für unseren Urlaub mit Hund.

Super accomodatie

Mooi complex, net buiten het centrum van Riva. Mooie tuin en goede faciliteiten zoals gratis tennisbaan, zwembad en gebruik van fietsen. Goede fietsenstalling waar MTB's schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Schone, nette kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!

Einfach toll!

Unterwegs gebucht, wurden wir vom Besitzer freundlich willkommen geheißen. Das Appartement war schön, inkl. großem Balkon für die Abende. Besitzer und Personal sehr feundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen !

Great place in Varone

This is a great place to stay in between Riva del Garda and Arco. The free bikes make commuting a breeze. My only warning is that you need to speak Italian or German, because not all the staff speaks English. Also, beware that there is a mid-day break between noon and 3 pm, when the registration desk is closed.
