The good trip

The weather is great, sunny all the time. free bikes so you can quickly get to the center. bicycle paths everywhere. room for 4 people is cramped and small. the fourth bed opens from the wall. between the beds with 30 cm of free space to go to the balcony. capsule coffee machine, unfortunately not refilled every day, so we drank a cup of coffee in one day. the rooms were clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. large canteen, always free tables. the food was varied, a lot, but always the same.

Although the rooms in this hotel are pretty modest and slightly outdated, the pool area, the grass area in the back of the hotel, the kids jumpy houses area and the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel make this place a very pleasant place to stay in Riva del Garda. Breakfast was truly amazing and the staff was kind and professional. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. In my opinion, having a car certainly make the stay a lot more comfortable and manageable, since this hotel is not located in the center of Riva del Garda.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr schönes Hotel. Super-leckeres Frühstück. Für Kinder sind die Hüpfburgen genial. Immer alles sauber. Der Pool war auch super. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nur hätte ich mir ein paar mehr Infos gewünscht über die Wellnessangebote, die Kosten, die Benutzung des Fitnessraums usw., vielleicht in Form einer Mappe im Zimmer o.ä.

Väldigt nonchalant personal vid både in och utcheckning. Vi checkade ut på kvällen efter vi varit ute och ätit för att vi skulle börja köra tidigt på morgonen. Allt var ok men de glömde nog berätta att ingången var stängd och låst på natten. Inga skyltar eller information om hur man skulle ta oss ut. Hittade en dörr genom trädgården som var öppen.

Guter Frühstück. Wir haben eine Nacht gebucht und dürften an beiden Tagen die Fahrräder benutzen. Und wir dürften das Auto am Abreisetag bis 17 Uhr auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen.

Meget lækkert hotel, med virkelig god og smilende service samt personale. Der er pænt og rent. Plads til at have børn med, der er legeplads og hoppeborg. Lækker morgenbuffet og drikkelse samt hjælpsomt personale. Personalet vil meget gerne fortælle og guide om oplevelser og byen. Ligger i meget fin afstand til centrum, meget plads at parkere bil på. Der kan lades El bil på stedet.

Exceeded my expectations

Rich breakfast. You can come at the last minute, and get everything. Funny (in a good way) receptionist. Not so far away from city center (approx. 30 min by walk). Very clean rooms with coffee capsule machines. I have not tried pool though as it looked not perfectly clean. Parking is quite spacious and safe. Wonderful views from the balcony. We were very happy. Could recommended it.

Godt men alligevel skidt

Hotellet var okay , morgenmaden var okay , check ud kunne først ske kl 8 og ikke et et sekund før lidt træls , men håndtering af covid 19 var ikke okay , der var skilte og håndsprit som der skal være men personalet brugte det delvist , men de andre gæster brugte ikke håndsprit eller mundbind de stod nærmest og spiste direkte af morgenmads buffeten og der blev ikke sagt noget fra personalets side selv om det var skiltet højt og tydeligt der kommer vi ikke igen

Very good hotel outside Riva

Location is quite convenient, not downtown but within bicycling distance. Nice and friendly staff, helped to answer our questions. Room was clean although a bit small. Food was very good, buffet had nice amount of options.
