Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit vielen Wohnungen, in denen hauptsächlich Einheimische wohnen. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ganz schön bedarf aber einer Generalüberholung. Das Wasser lief weder in der Küche noch im Bad vernünftig ab. Es war alles nicht gut sauber. Die Betten sind ganz bequem. Prima ist, dass man direkt unter der Anlage in der Tiefgarage parken kann. Der Gardasee ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Riva in ca. 30 Minuten.
