"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time...

"This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan."

"Very limited hotel parking, 1 handicap spot. Found a space on the road, up the hill, 2 blocks away in front of a church. This is a hotel for training hotel staff. Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English). Pool has been removed. Other than dining in hotel only one other restaurant within walking distance. Overall very acceptable spot. "

"We stayed at the hotel 11 to 17 of april 2026. The hotel, lobby, rooms and the terraces are well maintained and very nice and cozy. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening were very good, with continental breakfast with lots of options and local delicacies and different theme every evening like Spanish, Italian, Canarian, American and Asian cuisine and a seafood night👌✨.
