Perfect location. We arrived by car and rolled luggage downhill to the cross street (narrow alleyway.) From there just a brief uphill to property. Had a view of the square and the sea. Very close to train tunnel and restaurants/shops. Office staff were very helpful. Offers resident pass for anytime travel either direction on Via Dell'Amore. Discounted CT card.
The room was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully even during the hottest part of the year, the check-in process and instructions on how to find the property were effortless, and the host was very helpful and even helped get us some reservations at wonderful restaurants. I definitely recommend this place.
Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. Very close to the train station. Would stay here again if I am ever in the area. Views from the hotel were also spectacular! Air Conditioning was nice, but not the strongest. We stayed during the peak summer heat and the room tended to run a little bit hot at night, but not enough to be a big issue.
Such a unique room with a wonderful view of the town. This was such an amazing stay for us and the staff was so helpful and nice. Definitely try and stay in the Cave Room!!!
My favorite town in Cinque Terre, Manarola. Small, quaint, good place to swim, simple. The hotel is right above the village plaza. The host is friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were so kind and helpful and everything was so clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here! The location in Manarola was amazing. Fabulous property!
The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. There is no parking-- that's just how Cinque Terre is, so it's not the fault of the hotel. It's a fairly steep uphill climb anywhere in Manarola, and getting to this room was uphill all the way. We very much liked the room, however, and would stay there again. The only real complaint we had was that we paid for our clothes to be washed and got them right before departing. They were still damp and were going to smell like mildew before we got a chance to wear them in our next travel location, so we had to stop at a laundromat and wash them all over again (so our original washing expenditure with the hotel was wasted money).
One other note: there is a steep set of winding stairs to get to the "Cave" room downstairs. So if you have problems with stairs or lots of luggage, be prepared.
We very much enjoyed our four day. Stay at this unique property. What a great view of the sea in the town. The front desk staff was amazing. Particularly,Loris! She was extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She’s a great asset to the ownership of this lodging. We do not hesitate to recommend 5 Pelagos 2 to anyone. Great restaurants, nearby, fabulous food.
