The room was good and staff were well-behaved and helpful. My only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 star is that I was given a room on the 5th floor with a view of another tower of a neighboring hotel.

Stunning beach and sunset views from the lovely rooftop pool, good sized room and friendly, highly attentive service. The breakfast is solid. The gym is a little cramped but otherwise this is a great place, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Windsor Towers in Rio de Janeiro was wonderful, and the experience was elevated even more by the exceptional front desk service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. One individual who truly stood out was Guilherme. His service went far above and beyond anything we could have expected. Because we did not speak the language, he took it upon himself to ensure we were fully supported—finding solutions, contacting the right people on our behalf, and advocating for us every step of the way. What impressed us most was that he continued to follow through and make sure everything was resolved even on his day off. Guilherme’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our well-being were remarkable. Despite his extraordinary efforts, he humbly kept saying he was “just doing his job.” If that’s the case, then Windsor Towers is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. He is truly an outstanding individual and a credit to the hotel. We are extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend Windsor Towers to anyone visiting Rio. Miscommunication with cleaning crew. Bath towel ripped when using it. Room ley frequently didn’t work and when it dis, I had a hard time opening the door. I was told to raise the doorknob before opening it. Other that that, ai would rate this hotel a 3.5. Spend your money at Windsor Barra or Oceânico. Not at Windsor Tower. I would not stay at this property in the future, unless the price is right for the value.
