Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Excellent Service! Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness was truly immaculate—everything felt fresh and well-maintained from the moment we arrived. The staff was always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a washer and dryer, a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans we could possibly need. It made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property for a family, with spacious layout and modern decor. Amazing apartment

The apartment is really nice and modern, it has everything we needed for our stay to be completely autonomous I liked the sliding doors in the apartment that cuts the light and the sound from the Atlântica avenue. It is well located on the Copacabana beach. The arrival and departure were as easy as you can get. The personal at the front desk were polite and helpful. I will return for sure and I highly recommend.

Very modern and beautiful property, fantastic location with beautiful ocean view. The bedroom was not the street side so it’s nice and quiet. We had a little difficult time at checking in since the front desk didn’t speak English, but we had a local friend helped us.

The building is well kept and felt very safe. Facial scan to enter and a 24 hour reception desk made it very secure. The website states an indoor pool but there is none. There is an “interior” pool, more like it’s in a courtyard, but it is not covered by a roof.

Please ensure you understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so you won’t receive room service. After booking, we were forced to share pictures of our passports outside of Expedia and only then did we receive the apartment lock passcode. Additionally, we had requested airport shuttle service from the hotel. We were charged premium for a bigger car and instead, our family was divided into two small cars at the airport. The room itself has a modern design that matches the one depicted on the Expedia site. However, the maintenance in the apartment is not up to par. There are rusty appliances (such as the washer), broken hangers for towels, and an issue with water drainage in one of the bathrooms. Furthermore, the apartment lacks beach accessories like an umbrella. Despite these issues, I am giving it an Average/Good rating, but it would definitely be higher if the room maintenance were better.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, with the view over Copacabana beach. It is set up well with sliding glass between kitchen and living tiom and kitchen and bedroom, which reduces noise from the street and provides curtains for privacy. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE - luggage storage false advertising

**BUYER BEWARE** False claim of luggage storage made check out stressful and risky. Hotels.com listing includes luggage storage but you're only told by text on check in that there's no luggage storage option on check out. Offering luggage storage at check in but not at check out means they have the facilities to store your luggage but refuse to on check out. Instead they direct you to a sketchy paid storage option down the back alleys of Copacabana - increasing mugging risk while carrying all of your luggage and passport before you head for the airport. Hotels.com partly to blame by allowing false listing claims about luggage storage. I encourage hotels.com to ban this listing for false advertising.

It was special to wake-up and to go to bed with such spectacular view. The apartment is well maintained and equipped. This apartment is a little gem, located in the heart of the famous Copacabana beach. Highly recommend it!

Good location. Not really hotel.

No early check-in and not a real Hotel, there is reception but cannot leave your bags there. Also the bathroom is in the bedroom so not really great if you are using the sofa bed for another person. The roof top pool was warm and there is no attended bar.

Be aware

Be aware that this ”hotel” is not a hotel, just apartments in an apartment building. When you book an apartment with a certain specification you might end up with any free apartment as we did, not necessarily the one you booked. “Apartment Superior – See view – King-size bed”, came with a broken sliding glass door that could not open up to the balcony, a 140cm wide bed that could not be used for two adults. The floor in the apartment was so dirty that you had to wash your feet several times per day. There was no instructions how to use the safe, dishwasher, washing machine, safety box or were to put the garbage. We said that we wanted the specific apartment we booked but they could not organise this nor did they inform us before arrival. They said they would organise a repair man to fix the sliding door but no one came during our 4 days stay, neither did we get any message (as promised) as when it should be fixed. The good thing was the fantastic view from the 12th floor, but behind broken glass doors.
