The modern style and ocean view are unparalleled - loved the suite and the little gifts we got every day. Breakfast is very good and with the best view, while the other guests are also quite a vibe. The pool is more of a tub but there are definitely other (many) reasons why a stay is worthwhile here.

Janiero was a well run property with an amazing staff. Every interaction was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The room and amenities were much enjoyed. The food and beverages excellent. But it was the staff that made it exceptional.

Incredible & Relaxing Stay in Leblon

Amazing stay! Stayed at the Janeiro hotel for 3 nights with a group of 4 friends and everything from the rooms to the service was impeccable. Rooms are large, very well designed, and very comfortable, with added personalized touches that made our stay all the more special. Bathrooms are also quite large and the shower is amazing. We enjoyed our welcome drinks from the rooftop which has a really nice view (and the drink options also top notch) and a nice ambiance at night. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant except for ordering from the beach, which I will say took a very long time to arrive. Other than that the stay was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again!

Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Literally across the street from the beach. Lovely rooftop restaraunt. Amazing view from pool. I will say the pool is small. Wish menu for food had more choices. But really nice clean hotel, you feel safe, and everyone’s friendly. Bathrooms are amazing!!! Would highly recommend.

Wow! So spectacular. Breathtaking views. The staff were lovely and wonderfully solicitous. Marvelous decor. In a very posh, secure neighborhood. Very good food and fine drinks. Rooftop bar with little lap pool was very pleasant and again with very warm service. One beef: the bed was too firm for my tastes, and the pillows lumpy. The room could also use more hooks and a bit more seating.
