The Ibis Hotel

The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby.

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.

quarto limpo, serviço de quarto bom. Só deveria ter um pouco mais de atenção na manutenção, porta do banheiro não fechava, janela com reparo pra fazer na fechadura, box do banheiro precisando de reparo também. Mas fora isso, muito bom pra pernoitar, cama e chuveiro excelentes.

Uma experiência ruim.

O quarto tinha ferrugem e mofo. A alavanca da janela estava quebrada. A cortina de plástico no box, caiu diversas vezes. Era um quarto para acessibilidade, porém estava abandonado. A comida no restaurante estava péssima. A carne ofertada não condizia com o cardápio. Não tinha talheres corretos para o corte da carne. O corredor estava com um forte cheiro de mofo. Já fiquei em Íbis melhores.

Limpeza e conservação fracas. Barulho aeroporto.

Achei o banheiro muito sujo e úmido, cheio de cabelos (compridos - não era meu ou do meu filho) no chão e paredes do banheiro. Do lado de fora do quarto, no corredor, quase em frente à porta do ap 389 havia um vazamento grande infiltrando pelo carpete. Acho que vinha do banheiro ao utilizar o chuveiro (anexei foto). O hotel fica na reta final da pista de descida do Aeroporto de Jacarepaguá, muito barulho de helicópteros e aviões.

Roupas de cama confortáveis, toalhas bem limpa e trocadas todos os dias, café da manhã bom, mas achei que faltou algumas coisas como cuscuz e tapioca. Hotel bloqueou nosso cartão as 11h sendo que o checkout era 12h, achei ruim isso. No teto tinha mofo, não tem ventilação e onde estender as toalhas, acho que por isso mofa. Localização distante de tudo.
