The property has a great location, around a 10 minute walk to Copacabana beach. There are great restaurants in the area and the breakfast offered in the hotel is okay (could be improved by having more variety). The cleanliness is definitely something that should be worked on! We were left without soap and the floors of our room had sand even after being cleaned. Some members of the staff were very kind (in the breakfast area), but some others were not very polite. In general, it is a good place to stay.

Overall pleasant staff and complimentary breakfast was well served. However, there were some issues that came up during our stay: - We had an issue with our toilet (WC) on one night during our stay. We put in a service request that night which they informed us would be attended to the next morning. By the next evening after we returned to the hotel, the issue still wasn’t fixed such that we had to remind them. - There was no iron for clothes during our stay - Some mold was present in the bathroom (upper corner in the shower) - When more towels were needed, we had to make multiple requests before our request was satisfied Hotel is conveniently situated in Copacabana. Average stay overall given the issues highlighted above

Great location, close to beach and excellent restaurants. Hotel was clean and hotel staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the restaurants, and tours they recommended were great! Cons: the walls/ doors are paper thin. You can hear EVERYONE. People getting off the elevator, anyone in the hall and even the morning cleaning staff. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs or request a room as far away from the elevator as possible. There is only one small sheet on the bed. The heater in the room worked good, otherwise it would have been freezing. We did not inform or ask for additional blankets, but I'm sure if we did, they would have provided them, based off of how well they were with other requests. Would definitely stay here again!

There’s no valet parking available when i came and the receptionist told me to look for parking outside!!!its very hard to find one, luckily i found a pay parking for the whole day, then when im getting my car to park in the hotel i need to pay again for the valet parking!!!!

Das Frühstück war super und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte man sich noch etwas mehr Mühe geben zum Beispiel der Boden würde nicht gründlich gereinigt und das auffüllen der Hygiene Artikel war schlecht. Zum Beispiel: Ich musste auf dem Flur die Putzfrau ansprechen ob ich mal neues Toilettenpapier bekommen könnte. Aber im ganzen würde ich sagen das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmen. Ich würde es wieder Buchen

Las habitaciones tienen un espacio moderado, pero los baños no se ven limpios necesitan más mantenimiento. Igual la piscina. Los staff muy buenos el wifi corría bien pero fuera de la habitación. El desayuno estuvo bastante bueno. El hotel fuera excelente si le dieran un poco más de mantenimiento. Porque tiene una ubicación perfecta cerca de todo. A unos pasos de la playa de Copacabana. Tiendas, lugares para comer a su alrededor.

El desayuno muy completo y abundante. El personal en todas las areas tiene excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente. El cuarto esta remodelado y en buenas condiciones. El baño necesita estar igual, por lo que sugiero que lo presenten igual o mejor que el cuarto ya que se ve viejo y con bastantes defectos. Hace falta mejorar MUCHO la limpieza, encontramos sucio debajo de las camas, habian calcetines de huespedes anteriores, mucho polvo debajo de camas. Las sabanas estaban rotas. Solo pusieron toallas de manos y para salir del baño el primer dia. Se nota que limpian solo para dar una buen impresion de entrada. Por lo demas estaba bien.

The hotel is nice and breakfast was better than anything you would get in America or the west. It’s on the older side it’s not super clean or new. If your more on the high maintenance side maybe get smtg more expensive. Staff was great. Hotel was rly busy when we were there weren’t accommodating for early check in or late check out.

O hotel está bem localizado. 3 quarteirões da praia, 1 quarteirão da avenida cheio de bares e restaurantes. O hotel eh bem velho, precisa de reforma nos banheiros. Tive a desagradável surpresa de encontrar duas baratas bem grandes no box. Precisam de dedetização mais frequente. A recepção não eh muito amistosa, com exceção de um ou dois funcionários. Pessoal do restaurante e demais funcionários bem atenciosos.
