We loved our stay here! The hotel itself could use a few aesthetic updates, but the service truly made it special. Marcos and Rafael went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The location was perfect—close to everything (beach, Sugarloaf, RioSul, and more). The food was great, and the spa massages were amazing. We’ll definitely be back!
