Great location, good value, substandard experience

The biggest problem with the hotel is there is no maid service. One towel for 6 days, no cleaning. I saw the maids in the hallway with a stack of fresh towels and took one, hysteria ensued. Turns out that's R$5. Give it to the front desk, not sure if it reached the right place. Hotels.com messaged me "Sorry but we just rent apartments in —- and Expedia. We dont have hotel services" A hotel without hotel services (and I didn't rent an apartment on Expedia). Also, the shower leaks badly. Otherwise, fine, and an incredible, ideal location for a very cheap price. I would stay there again for the location and price, maybe buy a couple towels on the way in.

I rate this property as average because in all honesty, it's not shown as it really looks in real life, you'll be staying at the oldest building in the area, even though you're in the best area for beaches and restaurants, consider that you'll get what you're paying for. We had a misunderstanding with the check in so i recommend having your schedule well planned out. The kitchen didn't have enough tools for cooking and for a family of five, the pots and the frying pan were too small. Consider that renting two queen beds and a sofa bed with small cookware is not going to work out, it only makes it difficult. Lastly, I'm not into vibes or superstitions, but the place just felt mirky and gloomy. Take all of this into account when being tempted by the price. I would not come back to this place.

This property is located right on the beach in Copacabana and is situated in what appears to be a very old building. We stayed in unit 1208. The apartment is quite small, with a particularly tiny kitchen area (about the size of a small coat closet in U.S. apartments). The bathroom is similarly compact, with a very small shower and an overall unappealing setup. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and every time someone used it, the power in the apartment would fluctuate. The living room and dining table were decent, and while the refrigerator and cabinets were small, they were functional. However, the elevator to the 12th floor was old and very cramped, requiring us to make two trips to transport all our luggage. On the positive side, the building has 24/7 security, and the staff were friendly. They kept the main gate locked at all times, which added a layer of safety. For the price we paid, we found the experience to be disappointing and not worth the cost. There are plenty of better options in the same area with superior views, comfort, and services. Additionally, be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions, as the cancellation policy for this property is somewhat concerning. Lastly., dining options and shopping options are great. As this is in a prime location of CopaCabana beach.

Localização excelente de frente à Praia de Copacabana e com bares, supermercados e todo tipo de comércio ao redor. O apartamento tem um tamanho bom com cana confortável, chuveiro quente e wi-fi funcionando muito bem.

O apartamento no geral entrega o que promete. Quarto confortável e limpo, porém tivemos muitos problemas com a parte elétrica. O chuveiro não esquentava, tiveram que trocar, mesmo assim não podíamos ligar o ar e o chuveiro juntos ou o ar e um secador de cabelos. No mais, deu tudo certo. O pessoal da portaria é muito simpático e solicito. Ficamos no ap 1208.

Fiquei no apt 1010. Tem o básico porém o colchao afunda. Precisa trocar com urgência. Barulho dos bares a noite muito proximos. Banheiro precisa de manutenção Roupas de cama e banho da pior qualidade. Cortinas que deixam entrar luz. Ótima localização.

A boa localização fica comprometida pela qualidade da acomodação. Enxoval ruim, toalhas de banho ruins, quarto e banheiro sujos, ar condicionado velho sem condições de uso, e com janelas abertas muito barulho. Não recomendo!

Confortável e bem localizado

A localização realmente é privilegiada, o prédio tem estrutura antiga, os elevadores são antigos mas não nos deixaram na mão em nenhum momento. Só de descer, atravessar a rua e estar na orla da praia é sensacional. A acomodação do apartamento é perfeita. Camas confortáveis. Deixo apenas uma sugestão para xícaras maiores.

Uma experiência em RJ.

Gostamos muitos, a localização é PERFEITA, abriu o portão já estamos na avenida, é só atravessar que já estamos na praia. Atras do prédio existe vários mercadinhos, bares e cafeterias. De fato o prédio não é moderno, é um pouco antigo mas tudo funciona normalmente, a equipe do local é muito atenciosa, solicita e educada.

Apartamento C02 - ótimo cômodo.

O apartamento C02 é ótimo com decoração aconchegante e nova, ter ar condicionado em ambos os cômodos é excelente. Roupas de cama, travesseiro e colchão de boa qualidade. Senti falta de alguns utensílios básicos, tipo xícaras ou canecas para tomar café, pois há apenas copos de alumínio ou pequenas xícaras de melamina apenas para cafézinho. Também poderia ter uma faca de corte (tem apenas 4 facas pequenas) e um suporte para estender as roupas úmidas do banho de mar, já que estamos em uma estadia na praia.

Apartamento na frente da praia, bem localizado em copacabana. Perto de lojas, farmacias e restaurantes Vem com jogo de cama e banho. Cozinha equipada para o basico. Passei uma semana com meu namorado e gostamos muito. Comunicaçao facil com o pessoal encarregado.

Gostei de tudo...a apartamento e bem acolhedor, a cozinha dar pra prepara comida caso leve criança o banheiro funciona tudo direitinho, as acomodações bem confortável. Do atendimento da portaria também excelente. Você está praticamente no centro da cidade tem tudo mercado, barzinho, padaria. Só não gostei muito questão da chave porque só tinha uma cópia então precisavamos ficar de olho pra não esquecer ela dentro do AP. Mas também poderia ser deixada na portaria pra quem chegar entrar quando quiser. Com certeza recomendo e voltaria mais vezes 😃.

Espaço bom para curto período, excelente localização, fomos em 5 pessoas e atendeu as expectativas. O único ponto de critica é o banheiro que não possui box e sim cortina, devido a isso molha muito o banheiro e reduz o espaço que já é em pequeno.

Bom local para estadia

Local bem limpo e organizado, com cozinha contendo utensílios necessários. Tivemos boa recepção dos porteiros, menos do que realizou nosso check in, mas isto não foi um problema. É em frente a praia e com comércio a um quarteirão, ou seja, um ótimo local. Com certeza voltaria a ficar no local.
