Very good location, which is near bus 102 stop, and very close to Lake Brienzersee. The hotel restaurant is excellent, it offers authentic US flavor food at a very reasonable price. There’s a grocery store at the other side of street, really convenient

Staff is great. Property in general is old but maintained well. Giving 4 star because we stayed in a quadruple room which was too small. Bathroom was also small. Staff is great and very helpful.

The hotel is okay for a one-night stay. However, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the staff wasn’t very friendly, and the room was quite small. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a member of our group have an accident and we could not make it to our originally scheduled hotel in Zurich, so we got this hotel in Interlaken last minute. The manager Altus to come later because we were still at the hospital until after 11. I am so grateful to him for staying up to accommodate us!

Bagajımı emanet bırakmak istedim sadece 2 saat bırakacağımı söylediler. Bu iyi değildi. Zaten check out saati diğer otellerde 12 olmasına rağmen kendilerinde 11 valizimi bırakıp başka otele geçmeden gezebilirdim ama programım aksadı. Otel eski içeri kapalı olunca aşırı koku vardı camları açınca gitti ama . Tek kişiydi 4 kişilik oda verilmişti. Benim için yeterliydi
