"It served the purpose of getting us close to the airport for our early morning departure. My husband ended up with bed bug bites on his arm. I didn’t have any issues."

"We stayed in a shipping container! It wasn't a real room. It was cold. They provided us with 2 noisy space heaters that didn't heat enough. Sheets and blankets felt itchy. We couldn't sleep much. Staff was nice. Location and view were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. I don't recommend to stay there if you are hoping for a nice comfortable stay. "

"The property is very run down and outdated. Room was not that clean either. The service from staff was subpar. I booked this place because it said it included free airport shuttle. When I arrived, the front desk guy tells me the last shuttle from hotel to airport was at 1:15pm and I would beed to pay for a taxi to get to the airport. I couldn’t wait to leave. Best if guests book the Homewood Hilton Suites just down the road from this hotel, which is new, clean and airport shuttle runs for free...

"L’eau de la piscine était si sale qu’on ne voyait pas le fond. Il y avait beaucoup de feuilles à la surface. Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre. Les lumières du corridor nous empêchaient de bien dormir car les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaques. On nous avait dit que l’on aurait des céréales pour déjeuner mais il n’y avait que du café. "

"I like to stay here for a few nights on arrival in Costa Rica to get aclimatised. The property is quite large with lots of birds to photograph. Staff are all very helpful, food was great so it's hard to beat."

Extremely loud AC - again just very old stuff. 2) Front desk didn't explain around the property 3) My keys stopped working at 5.30am while check out time was much later 4) Most importantly, no mention of they pack breakfast for early departures - I had called the previous night to ask about shuttle availability; they should have...
