"Excellent location inside the airport, convenient for a short stay in the city. Friendly staff with comfortable rooms. The pizzas at the restaurant in the lobby were very tasty as well as the breakfast in the morning which had a lot of different options. The croissants were delicious! "

"Very basic rooms. Clean and quiet. Good for an overnight layover. Breakfast served, but not worth the 10€. Shuttle to airport does not run consistently so you'll be taking a bus, cab, or walking which is about 20m."

Some staff came across as rude. while I understand not everyone may be comfortable speaking English, and probably it was a busy morning as well. But it’s not acceptable to speak about guests in another language, murmur behind them, or stare with visible frustration. Is this really the level of hospitality that this Marriott in Lyon aims to offer its guests? Was excited about the day to begin but this just happen to me at the restaurant. The day is just ruin. "

"Hi, The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The property is easily accessible by public transit to every site we wanted to visit in Lyon. My wife and I would definitely stay there again."

"Overall, it was an OK stay. I wouldn’t stay more than one night. the air-conditioning isn’t a true air-conditioning, it’s clearly controlled by the hotel, and not turned on at certain times as everyone in my group had the same issues with the room and the AC. Right on 12 o’clock check out they called without one minute to spare, which just made the whole interaction of the hotel feel robotic. Other major issue with the hotel is that no Uber nor bolt will pick up from the location. The hotel could use a little bit of paint and dusting as well in the hallways."
