"As a first time traveler overseas I felt immediately welcomed at Falkensteiner Hotel from the second I walked in the door. Petr at the front desk is a gem of a human being and helped me feel at ease as a guest in a brand new place. The room was beautiful, everything was clean and elegant, and all the staff I met at the desk and the Monkey Bar were absolutely amazing. "I picked this hotel so I was near a Tram stop and close to all the things I wanted to see. I was greated very politely and was able to get in my room early. The accommodations wete very nice and comfortable. You cannot go wrong by staying here."
