I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. " Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel. "
