"Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea."

"Staff was rarely at the desk each time we needed something. Nightly fee for two dogs was more than the hotel cost. Remote did not work, window shades were broken, very little hot water, wallpaper peeling off walls, faucet and shower mounted backwards, lightbulbs burnt out in room"
