"Wonderfully situated for both Theatre and Tube access, a few minutes from Covent Garden and plenty of places to eat, although the hotel also has its own restaurant and bars.9999 The room was clean , but smaller than expected for a Superior Twin. The bathroom was adequate with large shower, but adjusting shower height was a little bit of a problem for a shorter person. Customer service was excellent and they dealt quickly with a problem with the bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate adequate, it offered a large range of both Continental and English choices, I ate from both. The staff were very professional and there were plenty around if you needed anything. The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. I have stayed here previously and would definitely repeat my stay. "

"We really enjoyed our one night stay at APEX, our double deluxe family room was perfect for our family of four. The entire family wished we could stay longer! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and when we needed to check out an hour late, there was no hassle. The hotel is super close to the Tower of London since it’s situated between the Tower and London bridges. "

"Loved the location - great views, convenient hotel lobby store, 4 lifts though most of the time they're full/a small wait for them. Great restaurants/patio restaurant attached. Able to keep bags with concierge before/after check in/out. A short walk to the Borough Market, all the bridges, gorgeous walk along the Thames. Would stay again. Eat at the Dickens Inn just behind the hotel on the marina. When we checked out *very loud* construction was happening so wouldn't have been pleased if we'd been checking in but glad they're addressing things that need attention. "

"The location is extremely convenient. Chinatown is just 3 minutes walking. Metro station is 3 minutes walking. Room size is just right. As there is no windows, it is very quiet and good for sleeping. I am sure to stay here again in my next trip."
