"It took over 30 minutes to check in and no clear information was given to us regarding the app which we found out on our second stay is needed to ask for more toilet roll or for our room to be cleaned. Reception staff appeared very understaffed and always seemed to be run off their feet.
The staff in the restaurant were unable to provide clear information regarding allergies for my son with a peanut allergy or provide and alternative option which was very concerning and caused a good deal of stress"
