We had to leave location because beds not made and no one available to make them. They did not offer another room. Left and went to another hotel

Arrived late to a full lobby of kids and parents from a soccer tournament all over the place. This must have been hectic for the one lady at the desk but to my surprise she was still very polite and friendly. I was checked in quickly and she arranged shuttle to airport with no issues. Wish I caught her name she did a great job!!

Overall, the hotel is decent and the staff are nice but I was told at check-in that "there's a new owner as of February 8th and he wants everyone to pay for parking ($10)". This is a hotel that clearly hasn't had much money invested into it lately so now that the new owner needs more money for things other than the hotel itself, we need to invest in his lifestyle choices. Won't happen a second time.

Happy stay, loved the Bistro!!!
Our second time staying at this hotel. Staff is beyond great. I'm happy with the services we have received. This time we ate at the Bistro for the two mornings we stayed. The woman who prepares the food was kind and sweet and did a great job and the food we ordered was really good. If I had one critique, they need someone that can help out, because while she was preparing our food, others we waiting to just order coffee.

Room was very hot. I turned the ac on 66 but never got very cool. No lotion in theroom. No water. Towels were thin and tiny.

Airport Shuttle 24 hours. Nice Staff. Very clean room. Business center is a nice size. Bar open until 10 pm if you drink. Decor is very attactive and modern.

I booked this property because I thought it was a premium property, but when I arrived, I was sad to notice how rundown the place really looked. I could tell that the intention was to be upscale, but they need a renovation. Carpet was ripping up, smelled a little bad, And the air conditioning in the room did not work well.
