"A nice hotel but a few disappointing things. Multiple lifts out of service so the foyer was packed at check in. Room smelt a bit musty. The shower head wouldn’t move. And the offer of £7 off if you don’t request house keeping is only for pay on the day if you want to use it for breakfast. Which is strange as they offer you £5 off the night before. Makes you feel it’s an empty offering."

"This is a great central hotel. We stayed as a family with two young boys so the location was great as close to all the fun within a short walk. The hotel is clean and modern. It is also very quirky and our boys loved that we all had bunk beds. The room was clean, beds comfy and had a great shower! The rooms are minimal so no hairdryers, wardrobes or coffee machines. We only stayed for one night so wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was top notch the room 930 had a view of Tower Bridge. Breakfast catered for every whim. Staff were the best I have come across"

"Check in was very easy, there were several staff in the lobby to assist with check in on the computer. There were several computers that were convenient for others to check in simultaneously. The room was small but very nice, it had everything needed it for my stay. My room included an air conditioner and a small refrigerator; however, a friend that accompanied me had another room that did not have an air conditioner or a small fridge, so if you want an air conditioner and fridge, you may need to request it. The hotel is in a great location, near Piccadilly Circle and Chinatown. It's in walking distance of the train station, if you are a walker. There are plenty of theaters and restaurants in walking distance an Uber. There is also a grocery store about a block away. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with delicious food and drinks. Be on and off bus is very close to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again."
