"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes! "The staff were all great, they helped me so much as i have am older & use a cane, the shuttle bus driver went above and beyond in helping me. The room was very clean & as i had a late checkout they helped me with my bags & were very kind. The front desk was extremely busy but the guy checking guests in was great too...could probably use more staff would be my only comment that is not glowing!"

"Room and hallways were despicable dirty. Carpets were nor vacuumed since building was opened. Hotel manager was hostile and rude. Front desk staff just waved you off without words. Walking on the carpet in the room was like walking on sand. Pieces of paper and cramps were on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Hotel manager thought it was excerptible condition. "If you’re looking for a clean and easy place to just lay your head down, this was perfect. Amazing location; streetcar stop right outside the entrance, and a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Staff was great. Only downside I had was the AC was struggling, but other than that, loved it. Will absolutely come back the next time I come to Toronto. "
