"It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you "

"We had a room that felt like it was away from everyone and was huge. We loved the free gin and tonic and use of the spa. Yhe dpa itself was glorious.The bathroom was great and the shower was brilliant. The beds were comfy and all the amenities were fantatstic. Staff were friendly ans helpful. We have stayed at harbour hotels before and are trying a different place next time. "

"So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. "Lana and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, we slept so well. Location is great with easy walking distance to Hammersmith station and a bit further in the other direction to Shepherds Bush station where there is also a nice Westfield shopping mall. It was so convenient to get into London city and enjoy our time. We had a great stay at Star Hotel! "
