"Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast. Didn't see an elevator, so used...

"Check in was horrible. Staff couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and then were so distracted they didn’t give us directions to our room or explain the breakfast and other amenities. Our keys were put on the counter and they turned to another guest. The bathroom grout was disgusting. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was out of food by 8am with no move to replenish it. Confused at the high rating. Won’t stay here again and I’m usually easy going."

"Our stay was a basic overnite stay, When we got to the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom wasn't clean, used towel hanging on the hook of bathroom door. Floors had not been vacuumed at all. Basically the only thing done was beds were made. As we went out to dinner, I stopped at the front desk and told them, all he said was he'd make note of it. Towel was still there when we got back from dinner. My mother and I did not feel comfortable in taking showers, because it just didn't look...

"The wallpaper was coming off the wall by the air conditioner in the bathroom above the shower it look like had black mold and in the manager had a piss poor attitude with me"

"I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid! The place is nasty outside, so that tells you something! Toilet seat fell completely off toilet within 5 mins of checking in, refrigerator was not only disgusting but didn't work, black mold in bathroom above shower, half the electrical outlets didn't work at all, the remote for the TV had a dedicated 'VCR' Button lmao seriously that tells you how outdated it is! I checked out 2 and half days early! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

"This was a basic 60s style single level motel. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Easy chair in my room was heavily stained. Breakfast is minimal, at best. I got a good price so stayed but would not likely stay again."
