This is a fantastic property. We arrived around 19:00 but were able to make dinner reservations at the onsite restaurant for 20:00. Dinner was fantastic and the service outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!!

Super hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed midt i byen - men lidt snørklet at finde rundt i i bil i de små gader. Hyggelig restaurant på hotellet og en masse andre rundt omkring i de små gader.

Charmerende hotel

Vi havde et dejlig ophold på dette hotel, dog kan man som gæst ikke være sikker på at få bord i restauranten om aftenen. Vi boede på værelse nummer 1, pænt og rent, men der kører en kompresser i gården som kan høres hele natten. Morgenmaden var udemærket men ikke det store udvalg.

Das Hotel hat uns in allen Belangen sehr gut gefallen.Gegenüber früheren Besuchen war es attraktiv restauriert worden. Die neuen Eigentümer sind sehr nett und sorgen für ein äußerst angenehmens Ambiente.

Bien ubicado. Muy mala atención a la llegada, el hotel estaba cerrado por descanso (martes y miércoles) y no recibimos instrucciones previas a la llegada sobre cómo acceder a las habitaciones. Tuvimos que ir al hotel de al lado para comunicarnos vía telefónica. No hubo servicio de restaurante para cenar en esos dos días. No repetiríamos!

Having the restaurant closed and the hotel locked when we arrived at 6:30 pm was a bit of a pain. We couldn’t get an answer from the number on the door and were about to leave and find another hotel when I found another number in my email that got a response. The place was fine otherwise.

Excelent hotel in the middle of the town and also with great service I totally love it, the bathroom very big and the rooms clean and neat, the only thing is that in my room it was not a window so not so much ventillrtiin if this is important for you

hotel de charme en centre-ville

nous avons apprécié le charme de l'endroit et la position centrale de l'hotel. La chambre était spacieuse. Le petit dejeuner était excellent. seule contrainte en aout : obligation de se renseigner quand aux difficultés locales de circulation et de stationnement.

Den bedste beliggenhed i Alsace.

Hotellet er fantastisk hyggeligt. Servicen ikke overvældende. En skrap værtinde, der ikke er særlig imødekommende. Vi havde medbragt en hund, hvilket var muligt ifølge de søgeportaler vi havde anvendt. Det gav anledning til en masse palaver. Så var stemningen lagt. Maden på restauranten var fremragende, men serveringen var noget overdimensioneret til en sådan rigtig god Alsacisk landrestaurant. Venligst Jørnn

Sjarmerende hotell i Ribeauville

Sjarmerende hotell, med meget hyggelig personell. Deilig frokost. Restauranten er bra, men kostbar. Hotellet mangler heis, har smale og trange ganger og dermed vanskelig å nå øverste etage med tunge kofferter, hvor vi bodde.

Das Frühstück-Geschirr ist zwar typisch elsässisches Steingut, aber so beschädigt, dass es unapetitlich ist! Es sollte dringend erneuert werden. Ich empfehle die eigene Tasse mitzunehmen!
