Hotel and room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was definitely best of all our hotel stays. We stayed here 2 times during our time in Iceland. First room was great. 2nd time the room was dated and bathroom/shower very small. Overall, good place and convenient to shops and restaurants.

Clean rooms, good service, helpful staff. However, water in the tap smells of sulfur. The hotel says it is natural but nonetheless, it bothered me.

Beautiful suite with a separate bedroom. Our unit had a small kitchen, and 2 double sofa beds in the main room with a large queen in the bedroom. Great views as well. Location was convenient to explore downtown/harbour. 3rd partt parking on grounds was convenient with a discount for hotel guests.

Sara was super helpful and kind. The staff filled up our waters every time we asked with no problem. They helped with organizing transposition. And the hotel location is great, close to a 24 hour grocery store and next to bus stop 9 and 12 where all our tour buses stopped at. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
