"The property was great to stay at that I even extended. It’s close to Bónus which is one of the cheaper supermarkets as well as a fresh bakery next to it. Bus stop close by making travel easy. When we got to the room, took a shower and drain clogged right away which means they did not clean the drain down below properly. "The hotel is great, but so hard to find. It was my 5th night in the city. If youve been to Reykjavik you know thats long enough to have explored pretty much the whole thing... and I still couldnt find it!The check-in instructions were wrong. And when I called to ask for help he talked to me like I was an idiot- totally insulting. Once I got past the check in everything was wonderful. The room was gorgeous with beautiful finishes. "My wife and I stayed here briefly before taking off on a tour of Iceland. The apartment was comfortable and we were thrilled to see basic kitchen amenities as well as public laundry facilities. Communication was excellent and they made us aware of the check in process and that no one would be present but it was super easy. The apartment is located in a very central area and we were able to walk to many places conveniently."

"Beautiful and upscale apartment. Great bedroom and master bathroom, great kitchen and great living room. The only weird thing is that if you have a guest staying in the living room on the pullout couch, the only bathroom is in the bedroom. But other than that, this is a great apartment. Great location and they even offer parking in the garage (for a fee). "

"Ice apartments are a lovely place to stay while in 101 Reykjavik. Perfect location right at rainbow street, modern clean apartments and great communication with owners. They let me check in early as a courtesy and that was very nice of them as they didn’t have to do that for us. I would absolutely recommend them and would stay back there again when I come back to Reykjavik. "
