"The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....

"I was warmly greeted & assisted to my room. Generously offered coffee, tea or cereal breakfast. The room was comfortable & in a great walking location, close to the ocean. (Only downfall was that I was looking forward to a sauna or hot tub soak, but sauna is now a storage shed & hot tub was being emptied). The shuttle service to get to the airport was good value for price, as I took bus & walked 1.3 kms from bus stop to get to the property."

"Excellent base for exploring Iceland We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay View Apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable after long days of exploring Iceland. Having a fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer, made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. The location is an excellent starting point for discovering the Reykjanes Peninsula and the rest of Iceland, while still being close to the airport....
