"We arrived and needed to upgrade our room to private - no problem. The staff was more than helpful. We needed to do laundry - again the staff bent over backwards to get our laundry started and, while we were gone returning our car at the airport, the wonder staff person, a woman, at the front desk moved our laundry to the dryer and then, above and beyond all requirements, folded our laundry. "I got bed bugs bites all over from staying in the angel room last night. Thankfully I didn’t bring any of my luggage inside but beware because they can hitch a ride in your luggage. Yuck"

"This property was awful. It was very hard to find, and felt unsafe. It is essentially a garage building with the rooms on top of the garages. The garages were filled with trash and construction materials, and they were doing construction for hours late into the night while we were trying to sleep after a long travel day. There were also not enough towels for 3 people and the bathroom had no amenities like body soap or shampoo. If the room had wifi, there were no instructions on how to access it...

"A young lad at the front desk was very polite and extremely helpful. Expedia messed up my booking - I requested a two twin bed room but Expedia didn't convey the message to the hotel. But he helped resolved the issue right on the spot."
