"For what we paid, we got an amazing deal compared with other hotels that we paid double that! For under $200, you get very decent breakfast. Access to hot tub, sauna, floors are heated in the room bathroom, as well as towel rack is heated too! We stayed at "fancy" hotels afterwards that end up costing us $500 per night and they didn't even offer half of what Kvika provided. "
"The room was pristine, area is quiet and isolated. Great value for a spacious room. Only issue were the gnats, which can be a problem all over Iceland, just need bug spray outside."

"We were really excited to stay here, but there were multiple reasons we probably wouldn't again. The pictures make these tents looks like they are isolated. Instead they are located in a semicircle 10 feet each other, meaning there is not a lot of privacy and you will hear your neighbors' conversations. The path to get to our assigned tent was only partially cut, walking through 2-ft tall weeds. The screen material on our tent's entrance had a large rip and the zipper didn't work to fully close...
