"This was our second visit to this hotel. Lovely hotel on the seafront, spacious rooms, plenty toiletries in bathroom. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel in long time, really good selection of items hot and cold. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on them. Would definitely stay again in the future."

I’ll admit I was quite nervous about booking after reading some negative reviews online, but the reality was the complete opposite of what I saw; my stay was fantastic from start to finish. If you’re feeling hesitant based on what you’ve read, I would strongly encourage you to look past those comments and give them a chance—I am so glad I did, and I would definitely stay here again."

"lovely room clean and with a great view. Only stayed one night but the bed was very comfy and there was an iron, coffee machine with both real and decaf pods as well as robes and slippers. it was a premium room but the extra touches were thoughtful and useful. "

"This is a lovely old building in a fantastic location in Hove. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the building is very tired, bathrooms dated, the shower over the bath just didn’t work. I don’t think the cost justifies the condition of the building. We also had quite a bit of noise from the pub behind at night, but this is understandable with its location and period windows, but do note. Parking is dead easy on the street and staff helpful filling out tickets which can be bought at the hotel."

"Well located, room was clean and bed was very large and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent which was a great start to the day. I must give a special mention to Dave the night porter. He was always warm and welcoming and ready with a joke or two. If you get the opportunity you must get him to show you some magic; he is a cracking little magician. We will certainly return."
